Creating video reviews or video tutorials is a very good way of increasing your web presence. You will have noticed the video results popping up in the Google Search results. these results are often placed very highly in the search engines result page.

If you can get one of your videos raking for your niche keyword, you will attract viewers of that video.

Search engine optimization of SEO is a whole field in its own right, there are many people who specialise in SEO and make it their career simply advising people on SEO. These people (or the good ones) charge mega prices, and if it is in your budget it might be worthwhile getting their advice.

However, there are things that you can do yourself, using WordPress, you must install the All-in-One SEO pack. The datafeed import plugin supports the use of this plugin. It allows you to control the title, description and keywords associated with each post.

Make sure that you use titles on all links, and titles and Alt tags on all images, make sure you get keywords into those titles, but do not over do it otherwise you will be black listed for keyword spamming.

Make sure that the theme you are using has valid HTML, and that the content you write is of good quality, without spelling mistakes (I’ve probably made a few in this article!) and is structured well, using heading tags to highlight the important sections of your content.

Link building is the single most important aspect of building your web presence. Links are the way that Google uses to measure the quality of your site. If a webmaster of a site that is know to be good (High page rank) chooses to link to your site, Google sees this as being a human giving approval to your site.

Of course it is not that simple, but the principle is there, the more links you build from good quality sources the better your site will be viewed.

In addition, those links are not just there for search engines, they will also attract organic visitors to your site.
