Question: Can I use the plugin on more than one site?

Answer: Yes, the license is for you the individual or organisation. You may use it on as many sites as you like as long as they are your own. If you want to use it on a site for a third party then they must also own a copy of the plugin.

Question: Can I re-sell the plugin

Answer: If you wish to use the plugin on a site for a third party, they must own a copy of the plugin. You can purchase one and give it to them if you wish. If you are interested in supplying many sites (turn-key type sites using the plugin have been very popular) then please do not hesitate to contact us for potential discounts when buying multiple copies of the plugin.

Question: Can the plugin automatically import new datafeeds?

Answer: Yes, if you choose to get the plugin from a URL then you can schedule the plugin to periodically download new datafeed files and update your site automatically.

Question: I am worried about publishing all my posts at once can the plugin drip feed posts over a given time period?

Answer: Yes the plugin has a scheduled posting feature where you have the control over how many posts and how often new posts are published.

Question: My datafeed is very generic, it includes many products that do not suit my site, do I have to manually delete the posts I do not want?

Answer: No, the plugin has a built in keyword filter in the advanced section. You can set it to import records that contain a certain word, or exclude records that contain a word.

Question: I get errors when I load the first datafeed, what should I do?

Answer: It is most likely that your wp-content/uploads folder either does not exist or is not writable by the webserver. Wordpress should handle this when you install Wordpress but sometimes it fails. It depends on your web server what you need to do, but if you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help.

Question: The plugin installs and I can upload a datafeed but nothing shows in the multifeed manager.

Answer: The plug-in needs to create a table in your database on install, it is likely that this table has not been created for some reason. Check your database for a table called {wp_prefix}_multifeed

This is usually due to the MySQL user you have in your Wordpress setup not having create privileges on the database. Please add the privileges to this MySQL user and de-activate and reactivate the plug-in, this will sort your problem.
